Skechers??? Are you there??

Good day! I am very dissapointed by the service I have received from Skechers. I placed a big online order (southafrica-skechers.co.za) on 29/01/2023. I made the payment via PayPal as requested. I received confirmation from Paypal that the payment was made to "Ashley Tompson." An invalid email address was given. I have not yet received any feedback from Skechers that that my order was received or an order number.... I am requesting them to please look urgently into this matter.
