Skecher-South Africa - *****ulent?

So...I ordered online from Skechers-southafrica online: https://www.skechers-southafrica.com. I paid almost R2000 for the shoes ordered and received notifications that the items are on the way...image my disappointment when I started to query as to the actual delivery and keep on getting notifications that it is still on the way, it is still on the way etc. etc...but No delivery of the shoes. After 3 months I suddenly get a notice that they cannot track my order anymore abut they are willing to return 1/3 (a third) of the money I originally paid to me...to date I have not even received the money back. When I mentioned why can they not supply me with a renewed order, the shoes were suddenly not available anymore, but if I go on the website, I do still see the items that I originally ordered...I think this is a **** company/website!!!!!
