Rude Unhelpful Manager of Skechers Sandton City

We bought a pair of shoes for my dad for christmas. The sales lady that helped us in store was great and extremely helpful but unfortunately when he tried them on at home they were to big. We came into the store 2 days later to exchange them for a different size. Unfortunately, we could not find the receipt, but the sales lady was there again and recognized us. She notified the manager that she helped us and we need a different size. After hearing that we couldn't find our receipt that manager proceeded to mutter under his breath "uh we won't help you then - go away". This rude manager was not even slightly willing to help a customer. He was not prepared to print us a new receipt, to listen to the sales lady that knew us or to look up the purchase on the system. After arguing with this rude manager for 20 minutes we decided to take our original shoes and leave. He then proceeded to grab our shoes and not relinquish the box. This guy was rude, pathetic and could not give a F#*k about helping a customer or even trying to assist us. We will never support this Skechers branch again!!!
