Rubbers Coming Loose on the Gorun7

I bought a pair of Gorun 7 running shoes at Sketchers in Clearwater mall in Roodepoort. About 7 months into wearing them the rubbers at the bottom started falling off. At first it was just one but after October most of the rubbers fell off. I took the shoe into the store and they took my contact details promising to escalate it for me. I am still waiting on them to get back to me. I actually love the shoe but they are pretty useless without the rubbers. The shoes cost in excess of R2000 and I expect better quality from Sketchers.
