Poor Quality Shoes, Rude Staff, Store Closed!

I purchased 2 x pairs of Skechers last year 29th Nov whilst on holiday in Umhlanga, along with 4 x other pairs my sister purchased. Because they were mixed/joint purchases of buy 1 get 1 free, when I went to the Sandton branch mid Feb with only my credit card receipt, which shows Sckechers Gateway and Date I was told no store receipt they refuse to help. The staff member Lindiwe was extremely rude, started off by accusing me they are worn shoes which I ever denied, and I told her I would not be shouted at which turned into an unfortunate shouting match in store. I needlessly left with being helped seeing I did not have the store receipt and refused to be subjected to her rudeness any further. My sister has taken a long time to find the original store receipts to accompany my credit card receipt and now when I go back the Sandton store has closed! So now I'm sitting with a pair of shoes that has hardly been worn and has a hole on side and I've not used in last 3 months. My other pair which is different model is fine even though been worn more often . I want either my money back or exchange to other model that is better quality. Where to now - there's not Sandton Skechers store anymore!!
