Poor quality

I purchased a pair of shoes 2 months ago. These shoes are over R1000 and for this price one would expect a quality product. Apparently not!! The stitching around the heel came undone. I took the shoes back to the store but they would not replace my shoes. I was told I could change them for another colour as they were out of stock of the colour I had chosen but was then told I had to pay in the difference as the exact same shoe in another colour was R200 more. What I fail to understand is how their product fails, they are unable to repair it or replace it and I have to pay for their quality issue! Not impressed. Will return to Green cross for a better quality product and service
