Pathetic service, feedback and communication

Pathetic service from Sketchers Clearwater Mall. Quick to take your money, shoes started to pull loose on the inside took it back. Been a over a month no feedback, decided to drive to the store. Shoes have been assessed by the manager and returned to the store more than 2 weeks back. Nobody decided to let me know. Manager reckons it is how I walk and the dales person should never have sold the shoes to me. In all my years No previous shoes have done this. So NOW I must just accept that R1800 is down the drain due to incompetence.
