Online retailer for real?

Purchased online 2nd Sep, no phone or email address on site - only web contact form - have sent 2 requests via this form - hear nothing. Web order tracking gives info that order is being processed, same message since order placed, a week later. Looked up domain owner (through coza.co.za) and emailed address found there (after verifying that email exists) - still nothing 2 emails later. Have reported these guys to the bank. What else to do?
