No response when queries submitted - faulty products

I bought a pair of Sketchers shoes that are both labelled the same size but are totally different sizes when fitted. I've tried to get in touch with Sketchers through Resolver and Facebook but no luck. Have always been a fan of this brand but not anymore. What terrible service!
