Lousy service and a faulty product

So, so disappointed. Bought my shoes 3 weeks ago and the stitching has come undone. When I wanted to exchange for the same thing at Clearwater mall, the guy Who refuses to give his name, tells me they won’t exchange, because the shoes are worn!!! And also because there is no hole in them .... Will never support this shop again, arrogant and no service for an expensive product
