Horrible Disgusting Service

My baby daddy came back to SA for a week and happened to do some shopping for the baby in my absence, obviously as a mom who knows whats best for her baby i decided to return the sneakers at sketchers, and then will later make a decision on what to purchase, whether at sketchers or any other store, to cut the long story short i get to the menlyn store and got helped by an arrogant guy who did not even show some kind of enthusisam when i walked in, secondly, he tells me to bring my baby daddys bank statement whom im no longer with besides the fact that he went back to the USA ,because he cant reverse to my card he can only do it on the card that bought the goods, , and knowing him, he never reveals his bank statement to anyone, When i make a suggestion that we call him, he tells me that he needs the actual bank statement. i try to explain to him that i also work for retail and an invoice and speed point slip is proof enough, and he tells me that this is not your retail, its sketchers, so whatever that applies where you work does not apply here, and as far as i know you might have even picked those things up from a person that shopped and left them somewhere with the invoice, I then said to him, okay, how about i leave these things here and try to speak to my baby daddy as to see how we can reach some sort of agreement regarding this bank statement, he made it very clear that they dont keep customers goods there i must take them and leave with them, finally i managed to get hold of the area manager who promised to make contact about an hour ago.....Im highly dissapointed in the service and i think its safe to say, whether i get to return the goods or not, i will never set my foot in that store ever again
