I placed an order on the 10/2 , 15 days later still not even and order confirmation received however the money was debited from my account on the 10th. It's been pending processing with no updates .

Trying to reach out to the Sketchers team via the customer contact facilities is absolutely putrid! The contact numbers for the service lines happen to be in the US . None of the staff in Sketchers stores in Durban have ears cause the phone just ring until dooms day comes. There's no customer complaints system - no even an email address just an online BOT that I presume is an unmonitored system because I've sent complaints with no feedback.

For a shoe of such high quality , and a service of this calibre I must say I'm disgusted with the brand as a whole.

You really should up your game. This is why retailers find is hard dealing with you guys - because it must be even more of a nightmare trying to get through to you lot!
