Bad service !!!

I bought shoes on Black Friday and was assured that is on its way only to find out last week after quering delivery that their courier company lost the shoes and that they don't have another pair in stock. They were willing to refund me 45%!!! What a cheek!! I told them that i want 100% refund. Their answer was "You didn't receive the package,at the same time,we lost not only the package,but also the shipping fee, product, manual cost.... We can’t control the lost of package.Hope you can understand. We understand you,so we app**** for 50% refund of the product's value. How about that? " I was livid and said that being the customer I should not be the one to pay for the costs incurred by them. I will NEVER by from them again and will discourage anyone that wants to.
