Car damage repair refused

On the 24/07/2015 Mr Nicholus Ngwenyama ID no *** hit my car at the back bumper and boot both boot and bumper are damaged ,he was driving a company truck Reg FRW 045 MP for Skankane transort,the matter was reported to burgersfort police station where the ARV no was issued to both parties ( ARV 87/07/2015) I personaly talk to the manager Melanie about the matter and she sent the matter to their insurer where the claim was held by Siphesihle Dladla,then Dladla told me that the invistagations was done and the found that i was under the influence of alcahol which is not true cause when the driver do the statement he ddnt inform the police that i was under the influence of alcahol he told their insurer invistigater that i was under the influence of alcahol and the was no test made at the police for alcahol im so disappointed on the loyalty of Skankane tranpsort,Siphesihle Dladla and Melanie Guthrie about how they defend their driver without consulting me when they do the invistagations,now they defend their bad drivers and the indicate that the accident happend on the roboot which is not true im having a clear picture were the accident happen im so disappointed on Sen***ane
