Skagen watch breaking repeatedly

I bought my Skagen watch (Gitte, rose gold with gray leather strap) from Watch Republic in Cresta in November 2014, and I really love the look of the watch. In the 14 months that I have had my watch, it has been in for repairs longer than what I had actually worn it. I have had to replace the glass twice and the strap has also now broken again for the second time. I was eventually advised to get the glass replaced with \non-Skagen\" glass that is stronger and less possible to break, which is not ideal in the first place. The leather strap seems to tear out of the small *****s that attach it to the face of the watch, which for me indicates a bad design of attaching the strap. I have also had to wait for months every time I sent the watch in for repairs. I am definitely handling my watch with care and am not being wreckless with it in any way. Like mentioned, the strap has now broken again and I have to pay to get it replaced, again. I was literally just walking when the strap fell off my arm. I would like to know what remedy you might have for this situation as I have paid a lot of money for this product and am not experiencing the quality that was promised. Thank you"
