Poor service delivery

Ordered new manufactured planking for a garden bench on the 14 Dec 2020. Pick up was arranged for 30 th December. The work was not even started. A Promise was made for Pickup on the 4th January 2021 in the afternoon. Work was not finished. After numerous calls it was said the job was finished (13th)and we traveled to Parys. They quickly loaded the planks and we left. At home we found some of the planks missing. We called and was promised they would deliver it on the 5th January 2021. Up to date we received nothing. I contacted the owner today (1st Feb) and demanded my outstanding woodwork and was told she does not care about Hello Peter and would sometime return my money and pick up the planks i got. I feel this shop does not do business with the public at interest
