Disappointing experience
Such a disappointing and disgusting experience. Visited the store in Sea Point. My husband and I were both browsing and really enjoying looking at the clothing. Wanted to buy a few items but it wasn’t in our sizes. Throughout our visit the sales assistant (older whiskey female) was mumbling unnecessary comments, indirectly aimed at customers based on what they asked her or time they spent browsing. Her colleague was visibly awkward and uncomfortable with this woman’s behaviour. She eventually made a direct comment to us about time spent browsing and when my husband responded, she initially ignored but then started shouting things as we walked out.
Absolutely disgusting behaviour for what looks like a senior sales assistant.
