Work experience with a printer

We’ve never had such bad customer service as we got from Craid and Jaco! They printed product for us and when we were not happy with the outcome we were told too bad!!! Never once did they offer for us to come in and talk about a solution, which is all we wanted! They dismissed us immediately! We went to their office to try and resolve the problem and we were told the same thing, it’s not their problem! Never once offering to accommodate us or even try to help solve our issues! Then we were told to get out of their office!!

They have no interest in working with you, I would not recommend using their service!!
