S&K ****gery Customer Service (S&K South Gate Mall)

S&K are serving customer with ****gery mandate , on the 17April 2023 went to their shop at south gate Mall and I was excited to buy my favorite sneaker not knowing I will be ****** by a manager himself. they swiped my card and move around with a speed point verbalizing that the network is down and the transaction went successful and came back to me that is not successful but if the transaction went through it will be reversed then I took time to look on my statement i fount that the money in 24 hours was not returned ,when I went back to confront them two times the manager make himself busy to talk to me and he will give me his colleagues make fun of my situation and my R1000 is gone like that.
