SK Travel & Tours located in Mossel Bay does not pay back the money!!!

SK Travel & Tours, located in Mossel Bay, have cancelled my husbands travel booking. I have requested a refund and they wanted to claim cancellation fees of 40%, which were never communicated, plus we were not the people that was cancelling, but them as a company.

I am struggling to get my refund from them since 4 Feb 2025 and we almost at end of April 2025 now. When I enquire, they responded to say that they are in financial debt and that they had to borrow money to get their clients to travel to Cape Town. My question was, what did they do with the clients travel money? Where is my husbands bookings money? Are they using the clients money? Till today, no answer. I had to resort to Legal Action now in the hope that they pay up.
