S$K has *** Customer service

S$k is so unprofessional and also their online staff which I spoke with over the phone when calling for my refund Gugu and Katlego were extremely rude , screaming on the phone, I have to beg for my refund I’ve been sending S&K emails requesting for my refund and till today I haven’t received any response from them. Be advised to rather go buy in store than on their online website
