SK Cooling (Pty) Ltd - do not use their services!

Do not use their service! We got them out to fix our aircon. They said that our aircon is too old to fix, but he can put a universal device in. We agreed and they come out to fit it. Then I asked for a quotation for a new unit. I paid the deposit and for fitting the universal device. After a week they still did not come and fit the new unit. We phoned them and they have an excuse after another. I demand a refund and after a big fight, I received my refund. Then the universal unit stop working. When I phoned to get someone out, they promised to send someone. After 4 workdays I phoned them back. He said he could not help me because he was out of the office. I asked someone else to phone and then suddenly he was in the office but could not give me a date when they can come out to look at the unit. So after R1300 we still have no aircon that is working. Please don't use this company they are not professionals.
