********* DON'T WANT TO REFUND ME FOR MY DEPOSIT

I paid a deposit for two trousers on special costing R950.00 and I had to pay a deposit of R665.00 on the 9th July 2022 and he promised me my trousers will be ready by the 25th July 2022 and when I call to collect my trousers were not ready, I requested for him send me back my deposit I'm not interested in her trousers anymore since he didn't keep his promise as agreed. He then told me I will get iT Month End which was July till now I haven't got my money and he doesn't answer my calls.
