No refund, no sizes

I bought a pair of shoes for my daughter, and when I wanted to return the shoes they insisted that they do not do refunds. However, the shoes I wanted to take are not my size and they asking me to take the shoes even though they are not my size, what am I going to do with something I cannot wear for the sake of them not giving me money back.

When I said I was going to report them at hellopetter they said I can go because they know they are not registered on hellopeter.
