SJC NO RESPONSE!!

I contacted SJC SECURITY BRACKENFELL on Wednesday 14th October and told them my alarm system is not working and need a technician to come out they took my number and said a technician will contact me, today is Saturday 17th October 4 days later and nobody contacted me - my bakkie was broke into last night when I phoned this morning to find out when a Technician will come out as it's becoming urgent I was told he can see me today but because it's Saturday it will cost me R390.00 to come out?? I said I contacted them on Wednesday already Anemarie the person I spoke to said they are the response office I need to contact the Technician dept. - I then explained my bakkie was broken into last night - but that made no difference to her - I'm will contact another security company today to assist - I'm very disappointed in SJC SECURITY 's service and been a customer of them for years - this is how this customer relation ends!!
