********** Complaint

I was contacted by a Debt Counsellor called DC S and J Solutions with NCRDC 1929. Initially they informed me that they could give me a better quote in terms of my current Debt that I am paying. They have since then whatsapp'd me to forward ID, Payslips etc to them. I never sent them any documentation. I have since on the 15th December notified them that I am not going to proceed with them and they must cancel my application, to which they never responded. They proceeded in deducting R7000 from my bank and now I get told I signed an electronic mandate. The lady from their offices are so rude and disrespectful. This was done frudulently as I informed them that I do not want to proceed with them and yet they still deducted money from my account.

This was the last email I received from them and I never sent them any confirmation whatsoever:

1. Cancellation of Your Previous DC

· transfer has not been completed as you are is still actively paying the other DC

· you need to cancel your debit order at the other DC and confirm transfer as soon as possible
