Will you trust SJ Capital Group after what we experienced?

We purchased a flat in Liverpool UK through SJ Capital long ago marketing with good investment return and strong overseas management, imagine without these who will buy an overseas unit for investment... Then we been required to pay extra amount to fully furniture the unit to rent it out as the package according to their agreement.

We never know this is the beginning of our nightmare , after the transfer of the property, with the agreement we signed, we supposed to get the fixed rental return annually, however what we got is 2 years no correspondence, zero rental income and the terribly ruined unit(ABOSULUTELY DISGUSTING, Got all pics as proof) plus a high outstanding municipality bill, which supposed to be covered by the rental as per the signed agreement.

Believe us, we tried to contact SJ Capital to resolve amicably as they are the only one we have been dealing with, from bottom to the top, bottom staff are helpful but without top’s agreement is nothing, so all we got is a fruitless result and the empty promise time and time again, basically saying they are just the agent done their part….

Then we have no choice but organize someone in UK to have the unit cleaned and fixed with our cost in order to move forward.

This is our 3rd time to write what we experienced here as previous two times been deleted due to the excessive words we used, now today we believe what we wrote above is clear and calm, all we want is to alert others do not follow what we experienced trusting the wrong agency...

All we said got support and evidence, wish SJ Capital can realize its own management issues, grow and pay for its lessons.

P.S. We have reported this case to EAAB (The Estate Agency Affairs Board) twice, also no feedback, not sure these days all things can be by passed with certain ways?
