R8000 for a copy of a testament, 4 months still nothing. They want more money......

<p>In October 2016 I went to see mr Botha to ask him to find a copy of my father-in-laws testament. After a lot of conversation and correspondence they still wasn't able to supply me with the copy.</p> <p>Yesterday I asked what was going on because I cannot afford to pay more. And was told that if I dont have money they will not be able to assist me futher.</p> <p>Still no copy. I did give them my father in laws id number. And surely with todays technology they must be able to find it ... </p> <p> </p>
