Zero star rating would be fitting. Worst customer service ever!
Joining sizwe has been the worst decision ever! They don’t give you all the information required then reject all claims. I’ve been calling and emailing the consultants but no one is willing to assist, they constantly say they’ll investigate the matter and never get back to you. I won’t be surprised if they don’t even contact clients who write on hellopeter.
