Wouldn't recommend. They send me the certificate showing the dependant I registered on 1 Feb 2022 as active from 1 Jan 2022 I tried to query it with no luck. In February when we tried to claim we were told the dependant is not registered. When March came
Wouldn't recommend. They send me the certificate showing the dependant I registered on 1 Feb 2022 as active from 1 Jan 2022 I tried to query it with no luck. In February when we tried to claim we were told the dependant is not registered. When March came they deducted the dependant's premium for January, February and March. When trying to phone them to resolve the problem I kept being passed around to different departments with no one being able to help.
