Worst service provider

I left SizweHosmed in May 2024 and was supposed to have my savings paid back to me. I waited the normal 4 month period and then submitted my documents to receive my payment. My payment is now 6 months overdue. I've emailed and called numerous times and each customer service agent has a different lie to tell. By far the worst service from a medical aid. SizweHosmed probably owes many customers money.

Appalling service from Sizwe Hosmed. Still no feedback till date. I called the customer service line today, only to be told that I have to wait another 3 to 4 weeks before they can tell me when I will be paid my savings.
Sizwe Hosmed is basically *****ing money from their members by not paying back savings owed.
