Worst pregnacy experience

If I could rate 0 I would. I got authorization for my normal birth, but had an emergency c section. The hospital sent through the update to the case manager Jane on the 6th of September the day I got out of the hospital. To my surprise most of the claims are being rejected as Sizwe claims they have not received an update from the hospital. It is over a month already with me being at the hospital multiple times and phoning Sizwe everyday. Now my authorization has been updated to the wrong date, the date should be 01/09/2023 to 06/09/2023 they have the date for October 01/10/2023 - 06/10/2023 and there is still no update from Jane and the hospital confirmed that she received the email.

Till this day I have not received my baby bag as the bumbino program promises. I had the worst pregnancy experience, non of my midwife claims were paid as they claim you have to get authorization every time you see your midwife. Sizwe will be losing another client.
