Worst medical scheme sizwe …. No contact wat so ever with regards to query since 29/12

Good day . I have written a review about this medical scheme 2 weeks ago… up until now there has been 1 response saying they will get done one to contact me… and looking into it… I wrote about the increase in medical aid fees by 34% for a pensioner which is my mom… and now again I’m writing a review about such terrible service with regards to a payment of a claim… My mom was seen by a doctor on the 25/11… Dr Govender … The service provider submitted the claim and sizwe informed them that Enablemed must pay for the consult… the service provider then contacted Enabkemed and they said they only merged on the 1 January 2022 and my mum is only a member with them from Jan… This back and forth has been going on for 2 weeks since I first contacted the customer service department I spoke to Sepasatho Mogalo and she informed me that her Team Leader will sort it out who is Tshidiso….. she advised she will call me back the next day which was the 12/1/222….. still up until today no call from her or the team leader….. i call back today speak Siphokatsi Bunyonyo who advised me she will definitely sort out after I explained to her how many times I’ve been calling the call centre and how I’m been pushed around…. She told me I will be called by 11am back…. Still nothing …. I called back she was on a call left a message because that’s all you can do…. And still no contact from this medical scheme…. I am now writing a letter to cancel this scheme as I definately do not want to deal with people that don’t know the first thing about customer service
