Worst Medical Scheme ever
This is really the worst medical aid ever. I received authorization for a dental procedure 3 months ago. After completing the procedure and paying the service provider myself I submitted the claim to Sizwe Hosmed Medical Scheme. The claim was submitted on the 4th of November, and I have not yet received an acknowledgement from the medical aid. I have sent follow-up emails but they are all ignored. Customer service is really non existent at Sizwe Hosmed Medical Scheme.
