Worst Medical ever

This is by far the worse Medical Aid. They only get a 1 star coz there's no zero stars. My husband has a heart condition since 1996 and was subsequently diagnosed with cancer in 2021. Both conditions are life threatening yet we have enlist problems getting our accounts settled by the Medical Aid. Both conditions are registered as chronic and is PMB. Accounts are either short paid or paid from the wrong benefits. We also have to register our chronic meds every year whereas with the previous administrator it was all done and updated by them each year. Member nr: ***6 MF Saal
