Worst medical aid you can think of, will rather stay without a medical aid

I have been struggling for a month now to get assistance for a complaint that was launched on hellopeter as well. They do no respond to mails, and if they do respond, there is no outcome, nothing is happening at this medical aid. I reported them to the council of medical schemes and recommended that they be investigated as they are ******. They give authorisation for procedures and then refuse to pay. Their financial issues are catching up with them
