Worst medical aid! Useless

Yet again I'm having a problem getting a pre authorised bill paid. I think Sizwe is in financial problems as they just don't pay accounts anymore! I've just received a R30000+ hospital bill for my mothers pre authorised broken jaw surgery. Reason code no auth!!! I have an auth from you on an official document! Also a broken jaw is a pmb so you have to pay no matter what! I've already got a CMS case on the go with my daughters surgery that you didn't pay for despite auth. Now I have to open a 2nd case at CMS! What is going on at Sizwe that bills are not being paid? You happily take my money but won't pay when its your responsiblity. Absolutely useless medical aid.
