Worst medical aid for psychologists.

I am a service provider and have never been met with a more *********** medical aid scheme. My main concern are the members who pay a monthly contribution to be able to access services from providers such as myself. I have been actively seeing a patient for several sessions as a psychologist and have been diligently submitting claims with R0 payment. They have been sending statements with payment dates but not paying. I have been attempting to speak with someone since May but the calls drops before I can speak to a consultant or the consultants that I have spoken with don't know how to help me.
