Worst Medical aid ever

My frustration continues with this medical aid. It appears that they do not care, as they will make promises one day and immediately negate them. The issue has not been resolved, and this is my third complaint about it. I had a dental procedure in August of last year and paid cash for it. I was refunded a portion of the money and promised that the rest would be refunded once I received more information from the dentist. I continue to email the medical aid and am told that it is still being processed by the accounts department. The company appears to have ignored my most recent emails. This medical aid will remain the worst on the planet.
