Worst medical aid ever

I gave birth on the 10th of November and I had the authorisation number when I went to hospital but now Sizwe has not paid the Hospital, it's so frustrating because they hospital is sending hospital bills which sizwe is suppose to pay, I have been back and forth with them and they always say it's in payment process since December and when I check my Statement it says it's been rejected because there was no pre authorisation .
