Worst medical aid by far!!!

The worst the ever experience .. I have made payment to the medical and have proof of payment and they cancelled my medical aid after 3 months of paying them .. so practically they stole my money and now they just being difficult with helping me .. and the broker I'm dealing with is of no help .. he works for sizwe medical aid and he thinks its funny what is happening .. all I can say is.. dont do business with a medical aid like this .. where they are un helpful and rude to you and leave you stranded when you need your medical aid !!!
