Worst medical aid administrator ever
Apparently my issues were resolved by the medical aid but i don't know which of the many it was. Meanwhile i have been struggling with one of the same issues. The consultants are utterly useless and do not know the products and procedures and never mind how many times you call or email nothing gets sorted out. I now demand immediate action
