Worst Medical Aid!

They do not even deserve the 1 star rating! The claims department is absolutely shocking! You have to wait months and months for a refund and even with multiple phone calls to follow up, you get the same response of "sorry the claims department is behind on claims and they are short staffed"! Multiple reference numbers given and escalations made but nothing is ever done! I don't know what has happened to Sizwe this year but nobody should join this medical scheme!! It is not only our refund but a payment that still needs to be paid to the doctor!
