WORST MEDICAL AID -
SIZWE MEDICAL AID IS THE WORST. Staff can be nice but if they don't want to help you they transfer you to the main line where you have to go through a LONG process to speak to someone! They pay the provider when they own YOU the money and make YOU get it back. They say they will pay for something and then they DON'T. I was handed over due to waiting for them to pay for blood results. They don't reload you each year as a chronic. Apparently that is your job to call and remind them. This MEDICAL AID is a WASTE OF TIME!!!!
