WORST EXPERIENCE

Worst experience of this aid for the past year. The claim department not doing there jobs. Calling each day , writing emails and the claim is still not resolved. It was stated that the whole amount was paid out. When I recieved it money was missing from the payout. Worst experience when calling it is stated that the matter is under investigation for more than a MONTH. Don't even have the words for the horrible experience this aid gives their PAYING clients.
