Will not come back to me,why Doctors bill has not been refunded to me.

On the 28/9/17, I submitted an account,for a claim,which I had paid,since that date I have sent several e mails to Sizwe,to enquire, why it hadn't been paid,and have never had any reply,several phone calls to them,also only got promises, that if I send the account again,it will be sent to the claims department.on the 16/1/2018 after more calls to Sizwe, I submitted a complaint form,to the address I was ********** no response. As a long standing member of this Medical aid,it is a shame that what was once a well run scheme,but now the only thing that is organized is the monthly debit order,and the notification about who the new board of directors are.
