WHY CAN'T I GET TO SPEAK TO THE RIGHT PERSON?

why is it so difficult to get though to speak to someone relevant (as in my City) when phoning the contact number given? I have now made 5 calls and all I get is music and it costs me money each time. Why is there no direct line to Port Elizabeth? Happy with my other services provided by my medical aid.

I managed to get hold of Haaineem eventually and what a pleasure it is dealing with her. I was about ready to get in my car and travel to the offices here but thankfully I did not have to do that. My complaint is about the people you speak to when you dial customer services - when they eventually answer the phone and you ask to be put through to the branch - all you hear is music and then you are then disconnected. I love my PE branch
