Why are we paying you the heafty premiums but fail to assist

I am disappointed with this medical aid..I have something that grows on my eyelids more like a tumor..the doctor wrote motivation for it to be removed..only the response I got back was the medical aid rejected the claim saying there is nothing wrong with me I just want to make myself beautiful...I have been with hosmed from 2015 till date..but the everyday growth near my eye can't be removed..maybe it has to close my eye then you will consider it
