What went wrong?
The first time I complained on Hellopeter, my issue was resolved and the provider paid.
Second time i complained the provider promised to pay, but never did.
Third time I complained they rep**** on this platform, but never heard from them again.
Just do yourself a favor and read through all the hundreds of 1 star reciews for Sizwe Hosmed! Hosmed WAS a great medical aid until Sizwe took over the administration!
I will never recommend this medical aid to anybody! Going downhill very fast!!
