What really is going on Sizwe?

I please want to know how on earth does your claim back policies work these days. Everytime we call the centre there is an excuse still processing still processing a month later still processing. We follow the rules to the book, get auth number for each specialist visit and still claims is not paid back to us? We need the money for follow up consultations with the specialist. We are really in a very difficult health situation right now we really need Sizwe to help they're members as not one premie is skipped in 21 years. I hate that I need to go to hellopeter everytime I have a problem because Sizwe is not doing they're job.
